Protiviti’s Creative Options professionals developed an internal communications program to create a risk-conscious culture within our client’s retail and warehouse workforce.
The program development by Protiviti, branded “S.A.F.E.,” featured targeted safety materials for each area of operation. These materials included a print awareness center, a managers’ implementation guide, a performance-tracking website and quarterly newsletters.
Following initial success of the safety program, our client was excited about embarking on a program to promote its sustainability and green initiatives. Branded “Grow,” the program designed by Protiviti featured green energy management tips and techniques to encourage employees to adopt environmentally friendly behaviors in both the workplace and at home. Message points included a focus on landfill waste reduction, increased recycling of materials, and usage of energy-efficient appliances and lighting.
